CURRENT WOLTER GROUP LLC POSITIONS:

Field Technician

Positions are based out of the following locations:

  • Brookfield facility servicing the Greater Milwaukee area.
  • De Pere facility servicing the Fox Valley area.
  • Janesville facility servicing the areas north and east of Janesville.
  • Rockford facility servicing Northern Illinois.
  • Wausau facility servicing the Wisconsin Rapids area.

The responsibilities of a Field Repair Technician are to diagnose and repair material handling equipment such as fork lift trucks, aerial equipment and floor cleaning equipment (gas, diesel, LP gas, or electrically powered.) Will travel to our customers’ locations and repair their equipment. Will order parts, process paperwork, and maintain housekeeping in the service van and at customer property. Will keep both customers and dispatchers informed of progress on jobs.

Past experience repairing heavy equipment, construction equipment or farm equipment needed. Prior experience repairing lift trucks or aerial equipment a strong plus! Requires strong mechanical aptitude and good troubleshooting skills. Requires a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Must be able to push, pull and carry up to 100 lbs. Must be able to pass a pre-placement physical as a requirement for the position. Must have own tools, good customer service skills and be dependable. Apply Now

Industrial Engine and Power Generator Field Technician

Responsible for servicing Generators and/or Industrial Engines to include new generator start-ups as well as troubleshooting/diagnosing repairs needed to generators or engines.  Service work done on-site at customer locations, some travel needed (generally not overnight).  Keep office staff and customers aware of job status.  Complete all pertinent paperwork related to jobs.  Must be available for emergency repair service during off hours, as scheduled.  Service van and business laptop is provided.

Past experience servicing this type of equipment (or equivalent) needed. Custodian/Housekeeper

Responsible for the cleanliness of the building to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and to maintain a good image to all visitors.  The Custodian/Housekeeper will partner with the Facilities Manager to ensure building maintenance goals are met and sustained.  The Custodian/Housekeeper will be responsible for vacuuming carpets, daily tasks such as, removal of trash, cleaning the lunchroom/kitchen, cleaning the bathrooms and locker rooms, mopping the floors, dusting as needed, and performing other related duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.

Automation Sales Engineer

Responsible for the design, the sale and implementation of entire automated solutions. The Automation Engineer is responsible for multiple integration projects and will be capable of concepting, research, sales and applications support, estimating, component selection, device troubleshooting, HMI development, PLC programming, software development, robotics programming, onsite installation and debug, and service support.

Parts Delivery Driver

Provide support to internal and external customers in running daily deliveries and pickups to Field Technicians and customer accounts.  Make runs to branch sites as required.  Responsible for maintenance of the parts delivery vehicle.  Assist Shipping & Receiving putting away stock parts. Outside Fleet Studies Analyst

Responsible for fleet and material flow studies for Account Managers’ customers.  Participate in field application surveys with Account Managers.  May have direct sales responsibilities with specific named accounts/target accounts in our CRM system.  Travel to our outlying regions for surveys, meetings and presentations when required.   Cultivate and develop profitable business relationships with customers.  Will promote any and all opportunities for all products and services in the Wolter Group portfolio.  Work closely with inside support staff from all departments.   Develop strategies appropriate to each fleet account.  Prepare presentations to fleet accounts.  Coordinate maintenance of lease and maintenance information in Access Database.  Work with Corporate Leasing Manager on early buyouts and extensions.  Work with Fleet Administrator on timely and accurate fleet reports, ensure all documents are processed and signed as appropriate.  Perform other related projects as requested by COO.

Northern Region Sales Manager
