Operator Training Class Descriptions
Powered Industrial Truck Operator Training Program
We offer a 4 ½ hour on-site training program at your location, all shifts, including Saturdays, or at one of our conveniently located training centers during the week. All classes include our standard operators’ training program, testing, workbooks for your specific type of equipment, and hands-on training. An operator’s license and training record are issued to each operator after completion of the course. For on-site classes, a class attendance of eight is required. With classes of less than eight, a minimum billing will be charged. Class includes:
- Review of OSHA regulations
- Review of ANSI standards
- Lift truck fundamentals and features
- Daily checklist
- Safety rules
- Stability factors
- Operational videos
- Written tests
- Hands-on operation tests including: on/off procedures, correct stacking methods, proper driving techniques & safety procedures.
- Operator license, certificate and training record

All programs exceed OSHA regulations and ANSI standards. All Operator Training and Train The Trainer programs can be held at your facility, or at one of our conveniently located training centers.
All rates include travel expenses and travel time in Wisconsin & Northern Illinois.

Powered Industrial Truck Train-the-Trainer Program
We offer a 2-day on-site program at your location, all shifts, including Saturdays, or at one of our conveniently located training centers during the week. All classes include our standard Train-the-Trainer program, testing, training manual, thumb drive, workbooks for your specific type of equipment, and hands-on training. A Trainer’s license and training record are issued to each trainer after completion of the course. For on-site classes, a class attendance of four is required. With classes of less than four, a minimum billing will be charged.
Train-the-Trainer programs include all materials covered in a standard operator training course plus the following topics:

Training and operations on all types of lift trucks, and aerial equipment, and completion of the same test required by the operators’ training program.
Lift Truck & Aerial Train-the-Trainer: $1173 a person, includes lunch for both days.
Aerial Only Train-the-Trainer, 1 Day Class: $883 a person, includes lunch.
Pallet Jack Only Train-the-Trainer, 1 Day Class: $883 a person, includes lunch.
